just had my second child and with my first I was 96 pounds before I got pregnant and I gained 42 pounds with my son. Two weeks later I was back into a size 5 and I didn't do a thing. This time I dont think I'll be that lucky but my advice is to move. Quit being lazy and work out. Even if its just stretching or sit ups 15 minutes a day. Do something. Eat healthier. Eating healthier doesn't mean eating a big huge serving of salad with tons of dressing. Smaller portions and more meats. Also drink a lot of water and have some confidence..............by Elissa
NO CARBS NO CARBS NO CARBS!!!! .......... by Gucci
My story is very short. It's been 14 months after my newborn and I still have not returned to my normal weight. I run at least 5 miles 3 times a week now and in the beginning I ran up to 10 miles a week and nearly ran off my toenails-literally. I still have a long way to go and it seems like no matter what I do the weight just doesn't come off. I am eating much less now. I just will not give up on the weight loss or the toning but it would be nice to get some information on what to do. .... by Ranee answer: Think about weight loss as a game of numbers. You will lose weight if the amount of "energy" you put into your body is less than the energy you burn. Think of it in a set timeframe. Say a week and try and figure out how much exercise you do versus how much you take into your body. If you are not already reducing your intake of empty caloris (empty calories give you no nutrients - white sugar is a great example)... that would be a good step in the right direction.
