It is really hard to change your life to adjust to your
new baby so when you are getting into things try and consider changing
your life such that it includes being active with the new baby.
Active Lifestyles
Before looking at what kind of regular exercise program is best, let's
look at how you can increase the amount of physical activity in your daily
routine with your baby to supplement your exercise program.
- Take walks with the baby
- Join a class with your baby (eg. swimming class)
- Have baby next to you as you do your sit ups and stretches.
- Make games out of running around or jumping around near your baby.
Even if you have more than one baby at home if you put
your mind to eat these things are possible (except taking a class - that
won't work). The poit here is to remember to be more active with your
children.
